If you are asking what a person is like you might hear anything as an answer. A person may be short, tall, fat, skinny, nice, mean, rich or poor. All of these qualities are descriptions and this is what this lesson is about. Let’s think about how we might describe a person. 

What about the hair?

Nik has short hair.     Nik hat kurze Haare.
Lisa has long hair.     Lisa hat lange Haare.
She has medium-length hair.     Sie hat mittellange Haare.
He has straight hair.     Er hat glatte Haare.
She has wavy hair.     Sie hat gewellte Haare.
Tina has curly hair.     Tina hat gelockte Haare.
Maria has brown hair. Maria hat braune Haare.
Peter has black hair.     Peter hat schwarze Haare.
Oli has blond hair.     Oli hat blonde Haare.
Rosi has red hair.     Rosi hat rote Haare.


What about the eye and skin color?
